1. General Policy
We accept returns and provide refunds for eligible products purchased from hivapeca.com within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact. Products that are damaged, tampered with, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used e-liquids or vape juice
- Opened or used cartridges, pods, or disposable vapes
- Personal-use accessories that have been unsealed or used
- Clearance or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Defective or Damaged Products

Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement at no extra cost, or

To initiate a return:

- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Carefully package the product in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all accessories, manuals, and labels.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
